摘要
本文采用抗拉强度、导电率性能测试和扫描电镜(SEM)等分析方法研究了不同梯度的热轧温度对La-Ce-Y-Cu铝合金电工圆杆显微组织及性能的影响。结果表明:随着热轧温度的升高,晶粒内部的析出相逐渐偏聚于晶界,其导电率呈明显增加趋势,热轧温度为150℃时,其导电率达到58.6%IACS,而抗拉强度在低温(23~100℃)轧制过程中变化不大,基本维持在158 Mpa左右。热轧温度持续升高,热轧后的析出相尺寸显著细化,弥散分布于晶界与晶内,其导电率呈先减后增的趋势,而抗拉强度不断下降。经400℃热轧处理合金导电率基本维持稳定,约为59. 2%IACS,抗拉强度值约为131 Mpa,相比于峰值强度降低了37 Mpa。
The effects of hot rolling temperatures of different gradient on the microstructure and properties of AlB electric round rods were investigated through tensile strength,conductivity test and scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The results show that with the increase of hot rolling temperature,the precipitation phase inside the grain gradually converges on the grain boundary,and its conductivity increases significantly. When the hot rolling temperature is 150 ℃,the conductivity reaches 58.6% IACS. The tensile strength remains almost unchanged,at about 158 Mpa in the rolling process of low temperatures( 23 ~ 100 ℃). When the hot rolling temperature continues to increase,the size of the precipitated phase is remarkably refined,dispersing in the grain boundary and the crystal. The electrical conductivity decreases and then increases,but the tensile strength decreases. After hot rolling at 400 ℃ the electrical conductivity of the alloy keeps stable,about 59.2% IACS,and the tensile strength value is about 131 Mpa,37 Mpa lower than the peak strength.
