中医骨科综合治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀的治疗效果探讨

摘要
目的探讨中医骨科综合治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀的治疗效果。方法选取180例骨伤后期肢体肿胀患者为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组,各组90例。对照组给予传统西医基础治疗,研究组在其基础上联合使用中医骨科综合治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后肿胀程度改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肿胀消除时间和住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在骨伤后期肢体肿胀治疗中使用中医骨科综合治疗可以改善患者肿胀程度,提高临床疗效,值得应用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of comprehensive treatment of limb swelling in the late stage of bone injury. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with limb swelling in the late stage of bone injury were divided into study group and control group with 90 cases in each group. The control group was given basic treatment of traditional western medicine, and the research group was combined with orthopaedic comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The improvement of swelling degree in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The swelling elimination time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics in the treatment of limb swelling in the late stage of bone injury can improve the degree of swelling and improve clinical efficacy, which is worthy of application.
