基于人工智能视觉识别的菜品自主成分分析相关探索——以长春工业大学为例

摘要
当前,人工智能加速发展,呈现出深度学习、跨界融合、人机协同、群智开放、自主操控等新特征。大数据驱动知识学习、跨媒体协同处理、人机协同增强智能、群体集成智能、自主智能系统成为人工智能的发展重点,受脑科学研究成果启发的类脑智能蓄势待发,芯片化硬件化平台化趋势更加明显,人工智能发展进入新阶段。新一代人工智能相关学科发展、理论建模、技术创新、软硬件升级等整体推进,正在引发链式突破,推动经济社会各领域从数字化、网络化向智能化加速跃升。传统的食堂菜品计价需高强度的重复计算,造成过高的错误率,也造成人员短时间工作负荷过大、效率低下。文章结合现有的人工智能视觉识别技术,对相关的菜品识别、成分分析、价格展示这一系统的开发意义,主要功能和实现途径进行论证。
        At present, artificial intelligence accelerates the development, showing new characteristics, such as deep learning,cross-border integration, human-computer cooperation, open group intelligence, autonomous control and so on. Big data drives knowledge learning, cross-media collaborative processing, human-computer cooperation to enhance intelligence, group integration intelligence,autonomous intelligence system has become the focus of artificial intelligence development, brain-like intelligence inspired by brain science research results is ready to go. The trend of chip hardware platform is more obvious, and the development of artificial intelligence has entered a new stage. The development of the new generation of artificial intelligence related disciplines, theoretical modeling, technological innovation, software and hardware upgrading and other overall promotion is triggering a chain breakthrough, promoting the economic and social fields from digital, network to intelligent acceleration. The traditional canteen food pricing needs high intensity of repeated calculation, resulting in high error rate and low efficiency. Based on the existing artificial intelligence visual recognition technology, this paper demonstrates the development significance, main functions and realization ways of the related dish recognition, component analysis and price display system.
