摘要
以贵阳市花果园一期社区为研究对象,研究了高密度城市社区的容积率和园林植物光环境适宜性。利用容积率计算公式计算了该社区的容积率。运用日照大师软件,基于实地条件并结合阴影分析法,分析了该社区公共绿地的日照情况。根据社区内每种园林植物的喜光特性,计算了其光环境适宜率。研究结果表明:该社区的容积率高达6.9,超出规定值(5.0)近40%。光照极不足的公共绿地面积最大,约占该社区公共绿地总面积的55.00%,光照一般的公共绿地面积最小,约占该社区公共绿地总面积的1.05%。社区内的22种园林植物喜光特性类型多样,但其中适宜该高容积率高密度城市社区光环境的植物,仅有金边黄杨和石楠两种,其光环境适宜率分别为96.51%和53.33%。高密度社区中局域光照不足是影响园林植物生长的主要原因。
        The Huaguoyuan first-phase community in Guiyang city was taken as a research object,the volume ratio and the light-environment suitability of garden plants in high dernsity urban community were studied.The volume ratio of the community was calculated by the computational formula for volume ratio.By using sunshine master software,the sunshine condition of pubic green space in the community was analyzed based on field situation and shadow analysis method. Based on light preference of each garden plant in the community,the light-environment suitable rates were calculated.The research results show that the volume ratio of Huaguoyuan first-phase community reaches up to 6. 9,which exceeds nearly 40% for the stated value(5. 0). The area of public green space with very insufficient light is lagest,accounting for about 55.00% of public green space in the community.The area of public green space with common light is smallest,only accounting for about 1.05% of public green space in the community. The light preference type of 22 species of garden plants in the community is various. Only 2 plants species of Euonymus japonieus Thunb. var. aurea-marginaas Hort. and Photinia serrulata Lindl,are suitable for the light environment in the urban community with high volume ratio and high density,whose light-environment suitable rates are 96. 51% and 53. 33%,respectively. Local insufficient light is the main reason for affecting the growth of garden plants in high density community.
