Zimmer植体在Benex微创拔牙后即刻种植与修复中的临床应用

摘要
目的评估Benex微创拔除前牙后,Zimmer TSV种植体即刻种植与修复的临床效果。方法采用Benex微创拔除22例患者共25颗需拔除的上颌前牙,Zimmer TSV种植体即刻种植与修复,4～6个月后行二期种植冠修复。术后随访观察24个月,通过满意度调查,临床评估及影像学检查观察种植的临床修复效果。结果 22例患者的25颗患牙经过24个月随访检查,成功22例(100%)。结论 Benex微创拔牙和Zimmer种植技术相结合行即刻种植与修复,临床效果理想。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Benex minimally invasive extraction method and immediate placement of Zimmer implants in maxillary anterior teeth. Methods 25 Zimmer implants were placed immediately after minimally invasive extraction with Benex extractor of maxillary anterior teeth from 22 patients. Final prostheses were restored after4-6 months. The patients were followed up to observe the restoration effects by clinical results and X-ray for 24 months.Results 25 teeth were followed up over 24 months,in which 22 cases were successful( 100%). Conclusion It’s an effective method to restore the maxillary anterior teeth by Benex minimally invasive extraction method and immediate placement of Zimmer implants.
