高职院校现代学徒制合作企业评价指标分析——基于Box-Behnken响应面法的研究

摘要
为强化实践教学,保障职业院校学徒在合作企业中的教育效果,需对合作企业的评价指标进行深入分析,分清监控的主次。本文在国内外学者对学徒制评价的基础上,采用响应面法对学徒制合作企业中最重要的两个指标,即企业情况和培训体系做响应面的因素分析。结果表明:企业整体情况的四个因素中,重要性大小依次为人才需求>职员比例>企业规模>经营情况,而在合作企业培训体系的分析中,教材种类、培训流程的流畅性、培训的频次和带教水平都达到了极显著的水平,说明四个因素都具有很高的重要性。
        In order to strengthen practical teaching and ensure the educational effectiveness of apprentices in vocational colleges in cooperative enterprises, it is necessary to make in-depth analysis of evaluation indicators of cooperative enterprises and to distinguish the primary and secondary aspects of monitoring.Therefore, based on the evaluation of apprenticeship by scholars at home and abroad, this paper adopts response surface methodology to analyze the most important two indicators of apprenticeship cooperation enterprises, namely, the situation of the enterprise and the training system.The results show that among the four factors in the overall situation of the company, the important order is that the first is the demand for talents, the second is the staff ratio,the next is the company size, the last is the operating conditions. In the analysis of the cooperative enterprise training system, the types of teaching materials, the fluency of the training process, the frequency of training and the level of teaching have reached a very significant level, indicating that the four factors are of high importance.
