摘要
目的探讨健康教育干预对不同中医体质类型的老年单纯收缩期高血压(EISH)患者的影响。方法选择2010年6月-2012年6月广东省台山市人民医院治疗的EISH患者200例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例,对照组根据医嘱采取随机对症治疗及指导用药,观察组在对照组基础上采用集体健康教育和个体强化管理相结合的方法,在健康评估的基础上从饮食、运动、心理、中医养生等方面制订个性化的体质调养方案及健康教育干预措施,比较两组不同中医体质类型的EISH患者健康教育干预后在按时服药、定量服药、改善生活方式、定期复查方面各项评分及实施健康教育干预效果的有效率。结果观察组不同中医体质类型的EISH患者健康教育干预后在按时服药、定量服药、改善生活方式、定期复查方面各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不同中医体质类型的EISH患者实施健康教育干预效果的有效率在按时服药、定量服药、改善生活方式、定期复查方面均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对不同中医体质类型的EISH患者实施系统的健康教育干预措施,可以明显提高患者治疗的依从性及治疗效果,值得广泛推广和应用。
        Objective To investigate the impact of health education intervention in elderly patients with isolated hypertensive patients of different constitutions in Chinese medicine.Methods From June 2010 to June 2012,200 cases of isolated systolic hypertension patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group of the 100 patients,the control group was taken random symptomatic treatment and guidance medication according to doctor's advice,the observation group took health education interventions such as diet,exercise,psychological,TCM by strengthen management combined collective health education and individual health method on the basis of the treatment of the control group,two different TCM the physical types EISH patients in the health education intervention in regular medication,quantitative medication to improve lifestyle,regularly review the terms of the score and the implementation of the health education intervention effect were compared.Results The observed groups of different constitutions in Chinese medicine EISH patient health education intervention in regular medication,quantitative medication to improve lifestyle,regularly review the terms of the scores were significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The different TCM the physical type EISH patients Observer Group implementation of health education intervention effect efficiency in the medication on time quantitative medication to improve lifestyle,periodic review had significantly higher efficiency rats,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients of different constitutions in Chinese medicine EISH implementation of the system of health education interventions can significantly improve the patient's treatment compliance and treatment effect,should be popularized and applied.
