摘要
介绍了大型空分设备工程如何利用PDMS进行协同设计,同时对PDMS在空分设备的施工管理和运维的应用方面提出一些看法。应用PDMS三维协同软件,结合二次开发工具和CAESARⅡ应力计算软件,大大地优化了复杂管系的设计,极大地提高了设计效率,有效地降低设计计算工作量,使工程设计水平上了一个新台阶。
This article introduces how to use PDMS in collaborative design of large-scale air separation unit(ASU) engineering,and presents some comments on the application of PDMS in construction management and maintenance of ASU.Combined with secondary development tools and CAESAR II stress calculation software,PDMS as 3 D collaborative software optimizes the design of complex piping system,improves the design efficiency and reduces the design calculation workload,which is helpful to make engineering design raise a higher level.
