摘要

当前高校行政管理创新面临的主要问题是:行政权力过于集中,师生参与不足;管理职能条块分割,管理效率低下。而利用"大数据"可以有效弥补这些不足,有利于优化高校行政管理模式,提升高校行政管理效率。因此,有必要建立"大数据"基础平台,健全数据管理制度,推动"大数据"全方位应用,并利用"大数据"优化管理流程,推动高校行政管理创新发展。
        At present, the main problems faced by university administration innovation are as follows: administrative power is too concentrated, teacher-student participation is insufficient, management functions are divided, the efficien-cy is low. The use of "big data" can make up for these deficien cies, help optimize the administrative model of colleges and universities, and improve the efficiency of university administration. It is necessary to establish a "big data" basic platform, to improve the data management system, promote the full application of "big data", and use "big data" to optimize the management process and to promote the innovation and development of university administration.
