摘要
在压力控制器检定方面,采用传统检定方式难以实现数据的准确记录。而采用智能数字压力校验仪,则能对开关通断时瞬间压力值进行自动记录,因此可以在压力控制器检定中得到应用。从应用效果来看,采用智能校验仪得到的数据整体较小,切换差在0. 06~0. 08 MPa之间,波动相对较小,只需要2~3 min即可完成控制器检定,而测量不确定评定结果为p=0. 695 MPa,U=0. 002 MPa,k=2,能够满足压力控制器检定的精度要求。
In the aspect of pressure controller verification,the traditional calibration method is difficult to achieve accurate data recording. The use of the intelligent digital pressure calibrator can automatically record the instantaneous pressure value of the switch on and off,so it can be applied to the pressure controller verification. From the application effect,the data obtained by the intelligent calibrator are smaller,the difference is between 0. 06 ~ 0. 08 MPa,the fluctuation is relatively small,only 2 ~ 3 min can be used to complete the controller verification,and the measurement uncertainty results are p = 0.695 MPa,U = 0. 002 MPa,k = 2,which can meet the precision requirements of the pressure controller verification.
