摘要
采用Nb/Cu双过渡层填充金属和纯钛焊丝对TA2/Q235复合板进行对接熔化焊实验,分析研究了过渡层焊缝的组织形貌、成分分布以及硬度分布情况。结果表明,焊缝中堆焊Cu层分别与钢层和Nb层结合良好。Nb层中组织主要为O相,Ti层组织为α相板条,α'马氏体相,残余β相和少量TiCu_2、TiCu_3化合物;Nb层和Ti层间存在宽约为20μm的过渡层,过渡层主要为无限固溶体;从Ti层到Nb层,Ti元素缓慢下降,Nb元素缓慢升高,Cu元素波动变化;焊缝中Ti层硬度约是基体TA2的3.5倍,在焊缝截面纵向上,从Ti层至Nb层再至Cu层,硬度值逐渐降低。
        The Nb/Cu double transition layer filling metal and pure Ti wire were used to conduct the butt fusion welding test for the TA2/Q235 composite plate. The microstructure, composition distribution and hardness distribution of the transition layer weld were analyzed. The results show that the the Cu layer in the weld bonds well with the steel layer and the Nb layer,respectively. The microstructure of the Nb layer is mainly O phase. The Ti layer is composed of lath-like α phase, α'martensite phase, residual β phase and a small amount of TiCu_2 and TiCu_3 compounds. It has a transition layer with a width of about 20 μm between Nb layer and Ti layer, and the microstructure of the transition layer is mainly infinite solid solution.From the Ti layer to the Nb layer, the content of Ti slowly decreases,the content of Nb slowly increases, and the Cu content fluctuates. The hardness of the Ti layer in the weld is about 3.5 times that of the base metal TA2, and the hardness value gradually decreases from the Ti layer to the Nb layer to the Cu layer along the longitudinal direction of weld section.
