摘要
目的探讨自体疣埋植治疗扁平疣及其对机体白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、γ-干扰素(γ-IFN)的影响。方法 37例多发性扁平疣患者作为患者组,同期健康体检者35例作为健康对照组。患者组给予自体疣埋植治疗。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)法检测健康对照组与患者组治疗前后的血清IL-2、γ-IFN水平,观察患者组治疗效果。结果患者组治疗后,痊愈31例、占83.78%,无效6例、占16.22%。健康对照组IL-2和γ-IFN水平均高于患者组治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(t=9.12、4.53,P<0.05);患者组治疗后IL-2和γ-IFN水平均高于本组治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(t=8.29、5.54,P<0.05);健康对照组与患者组治疗后IL-2和γ-IFN水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(t=0.41、0.60,P>0.05)。结论自体疣埋植治疗扁平疣疗效显著,机理是机体细胞免疫功能增强。
        Objective To investigate the auto-verruca embedding for the treatment of verruca plana and its effects on interleukin-2(IL-2) and γ-interferon(γ-IFN) in the body. Methods A total of 37 multiple verruca plana patients were taken as the case group, and concurrent 35 healthy people for physical examination as healthy control group. The cases group was treated with auto-verruca embedding. Serum IL-2 and γ-IFN levels were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay(ELISA) in case group and healthy control groups before and after treatment, and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results After treatment, the case group had 31 cured cases, accounting for 83.78% and 6 ineffective cases, accounting for 16.22%. The healthy control group had higher IL-2 and γ-IFN level than case group before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.12, 4.53, P<0.05). The case group had higher IL-2 and γ-IFN level than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.29, 5.54, P<0.05). The healthy control group and case group had no statistically significant difference in IL-2 and γ-IFN level after treatment(t=0.41, 0.60, P>0.05). Conclusion Auto-verruca embedding shows remarkable efficacy in the treatment of verruca plana, and the mechanism is the enhancement of cellular immune function.
