摘要
饲料样品经过乙腈-水溶液(乙腈∶水=84∶16)提取,与三氟乙酸衍生后经高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定。结果表明,饲料样品中黄曲霉毒素B_1回收率大于75%,样品检出限和定量限分别为2.0μg/kg(S/N=3)和6.7μg/kg(S/N=10)。
        In this experiment,the feed samples were extracted with acetonitrile aqueous solution(acetonitrile∶water=84∶16),and determined by high performance liquid chromatography fluorescence detection after derivation by trifluoroacetic acid.The results showed that the recovery rate of aflatoxinB1 in the feed samples was greater than 75%,and the detection limit and quantitative limit of the samples were 2.0 g/kg(S/N=3) and 6.7 g/kg(S/N=10),respectively.
