振动排痰机不同频率在重症颅脑损伤患者护理中的影响观察

摘要
目的:观察振动排痰机不同频率在重症颅脑损伤患者护理中的影响。方法:收集某院收治的90例重症颅脑损伤患者,收集时间是自2015年11月～2017年11月,分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45),对照组采纳传统辅助排痰,观察组采纳振动排痰机排痰,比较两组排痰效果、排痰量、排痰次数。结果:与对照组排痰效果比较,观察组较高,具统计学差异,P<0.05;与对照组排痰量比较,对照组较多,具统计学差异,P<0.05;排痰次数比较,观察组较少,具统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:振动排痰机可有效提高重症颅脑损伤患者的排痰效果,减少排痰次数,有效促进痰液的排出,值得借鉴。
Objective: To observe the effect of different frequency of vibrating discharge sputum machine on patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods: 90 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted in a hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were collected and divided into the observation group(n=45) and control group(n=45). The control group adopted the traditional assisted sputum drainage, and the observation group adopted the vibrating discharge sputum machine. Compared the effect, amount and times of sputum discharge. Results: Compared with the control group, the observation group was higher, with statistical difference, P<0.05. The amount of phlegm in the control group was much higher than that in the control group, with statistical difference, P<0.05; The time of phlegm was compared, and the observation group was less, with statistical difference, P<0.05. Conclusion: Vibrating discharge sputum machine can effectively improve the expectoration effect of patients with severe brain injury, reduce the number of expectoration, and effectively promote the discharge of sputum, which is worthy of reference.
