摘要
利用序批式活性污泥法反应器对活性污泥进行盐度梯度驯化培养,研究不同盐度条件下活性污泥的处理效果。结果表明,实验过程中COD去除率保持在95%以上。氨氮去除率在盐度小于12 g/L的条件下经过驯化能够稳定80%左右,盐度为6 g/L时氨氮去除率最大达到89.99%;当盐度超过12 g/L时,系统对氨氮的去除受到明显抑制,氨氮去除率在盐度为18 g/L时仅为42.46%。盐度对氨氮去除率的影响较COD去除率的影响更大。经过50余天的培养,污泥的MLSS的质量浓度从3.12 g/L增大到了5.43 g/L,污泥容积指数从90.06 m L/g下降至38.31 m L/g,污泥沉降性能变好。
The SBR(sequencing batch reactor) was used to acclimate the activated sludge by salinity gradient acclimation to study the treatment effect of activated sludge under different salinity conditions. The results showed that the removal rate of COD was over 95% during the whole experiment. The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was about 80% when the salinity was less than 12 g/L, and the maximum removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reached89.99% when the salinity was 6 g/L. When the salinity exceeds 12 g/L, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in the system was obviously inhibited, and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was only 42.46% when the salinity was 18 g/L. The effect of salinity on ammonia-nitrogen removal rate was greater than that of COD. After more than 50 days of foster, the mass concentration of MLSS of sludge increased from 3.12 g/L to 5.43 g/L and SVI increased from 90.06 mL/g to 38.31 mL/g, and sludge sedimentation increased.
