摘要
本研究以17个品种风信子为试验材料,设置不同品种间杂交组合191个,自交组合7个,通过子房膨大率、坐果率、平均种子数判定不同杂交组合的杂交亲和性。结果显示:191个杂交组合中有15个组合子房膨大率和坐果率均大于80%,杂交亲和性较高,有40个组合存在受精前后障碍,未获得杂交后代。其中蓝色系的‘Ostara’和‘Sky Jacket’无论是做母本还是父本,比其他品种的杂交亲和性都相对较高;白色系的‘White Pearl’和粉色系的‘Lady Derby’适合做母本;橘黄色系的‘Gipsy Queen’和粉色系的‘Anna Marie’适合做父本。7个自交组合中只有‘Gipsy Queen’和‘Carnegie’获得了杂交后代,其余均存在自交不亲和现象。
        In this study, 17 varieties of hyacinths were used as test materials, 191 hybrid combinations were set among different varieties, and 7 were self-cross combinations. The cross compatibility of different hybrid combinations was determined by the rate of ovary enlargement, fruit setting rate and average seed number. The results showed that 15 of the 191 hybrid combinations had ovary enlargement rate and fruit setting rate of more than 80%,and the hybridization affinity was high. 40 combinations had pre-and post-fertilization barriers and no hybrid progeny. Among them, the blue 'Ostara' and 'Sky Jacket', whether maternal or paternal, have higher hybridization affinities than other species; white 'White Pearl' and pink 'Lady Derby' are suitable for female parent; orange 'Gipsy Queen' and pink 'Anna Marie' are suitable for male parent. Only the 'Gipsy Queen' and 'Carnegie' got hybrids among the 7 self-crossing combinations, and the rest had self-incompatibility.
