摘要
通过在铸铁中添加不同含量的Sn,分析Sn含量变化对铸铁在600~20℃交变温度下抗热疲劳性能的影响规律。结果表明,当Sn的添加量为0.06%时,在270℃等温淬火0.5 h后,铸铁的基体组织为奥铁体,具有最佳的抗热疲劳性能。
        The Sn element of different contents was added into vermicular graphite iron, and the thermal fatigue property of the cast iron was tested at the alternative temperature of 600~20 ℃. The results show that when adding 0.06% Sn into the cast iron, after isothermal quenching at 270 ℃ for 0.5 h, the matrix structure of the cast iron consists of austenite, and the cast iron has the best thermal fatigue resistance.
