摘要
以深圳地铁10号线益田停车场区间隧道为工程背景,对该区间隧道富水砂层段进行了现场注浆技术研究。结合区间隧道采用的浅埋暗挖施工技术,为了预防砂层开挖后在施工过程中支护背后脱空,支护结构变形,后期采用SJP新型注浆材料进行现场注浆止水加固,通过现场钻孔取芯进行检验达到了预期加固效果。
Taking the Yitian parking tunnel in Shenzhen Metro Line 10 as the engineering background,the field grouting technology of the water-enriched sand layer tunnel is studied. In order to prevent the excavation of sand layer in the construction process after the support of the back hollow,support structural deformation,the late use of SJP new grouting material for on-site grouting reinforcement,through the combination of the tunnel buried in the construction technology field drilling coring was tested to achieve the desired reinforcement effect.
