丹红注射液对急性心绞痛患者血管内皮舒张功能的影响

摘要
观察超声监测丹红注射液对急性心绞痛患者血管内皮舒张功能的影响。方法:选取急性心绞痛患者70例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用丹红注射液治疗。结果:观察组治疗后急性心绞痛发作频次、持续时间、心肌缺血总负荷及血管内皮功能均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后一氧化碳、谷丙转氨酶、三酰甘油、C反应蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丹红注射液能改善急性心绞痛患者急性心绞痛发作频次、持续时间、心肌缺血总负荷、血管内皮功能,恢复心脏正常功能,超声能动态监测。
Objective: To observe the influence of Danhong Injection on the diastollic function of blood vessel endothelium of patients with acute angina. Methods: 70 cases with acute angina were randomized into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional western medicine treatment while observation group were added with Danhong Injection. Results: After the treatment,the attack frequency,duration,total load of myocardial ischemia and the function of blood vessel endothelium were all better than these in control group( P < 0. 05). The differences between the two groups in the levels of CO,GPT,TG and CRP had no statistical significance( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Danhong Injection can improve the attack frequency,duration,total load of myocardial ischemia and the function of blood vessel endothelium and recover the normal function of the heart of patients with acute angina.
