摘要
为了更加妥善地处理石油开采过程中产生的含油污泥,选择一种新型疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺HAPE作为稠化剂,制备了一种含油污泥携带量达到40%的调剖堵剂,并对其进行性能评价和人造岩心封堵模拟实验。结果表明,在长期保温和剪切条件下,该堵剂的表观粘度变化不大,耐温耐剪切性能良好,在储层温度60℃下持续老化3个月,体系未出现脱水现象,表现出较好的长期热稳定性能;在完成封堵后,人造岩心渗透率迅速下降,封堵率达94%以上,经过50 PV的地层水的连续注入后,堵剂的岩心封堵率仍然大于93%,耐冲刷性能良好。
In order to improve the handling capacity of oily sludge produced during petroleum exploitation,a high-performance profile modificator with 40% oily sludge was prepared by using hydrophobic association polyacrylamide HAPE as thickener.Performance evaluation of the profile modificator and plugging test for artificial cores were performed.The results showed that the profile modificator has good temperature-tolerate and shear-tolerate properties.After retrogradation tested for three months under reservoir temperature at 60 ℃,the phenomenon of dehydration did not appear and the system exhibited good thermal stability.The permeability of artificial cores decreased after plugging and the plugging rate was over 94%.The plugging rate was over 93% after displaced with 50 PV brine,indicating the profile modificator has good erosion resistance properties.
