医务社会工作视角下晚期癌患照顾者照护负荷的质性研究

摘要
目的了解晚期癌患照顾者照护负荷的实际情况,为缓解照顾者照护压力,有效管理照护生活,为推动医务社会工作实务发展提供参考和依据。方法采用质性研究法,对2018年3月-8月就诊于山西省某肿瘤医院特诊老年科的10位主要照顾者进行半结构式深入访谈。结果运用Colaizzi分析法,将访谈材料分析归纳得出晚期癌患照顾者的照护负荷主要有6个主题:身心疲态加剧、经济情况困窘、家庭关系紧张、照护知识欠缺、个人角色多元、社会资源单一。结论晚期癌患照顾者在对患者的照护过程中承担着来自各方面的沉重负荷,需要医务社会工作者发挥自身的专业优势,利用专业方法,为其提供有效的帮扶与支持。
Objective:To understand the actual situation of caring load of caregivers for advanced cancer patients, and to provide reference and basis for alleviating the pressure of caring, effectively managing caring life and promoting the development of medical social work.Methods:A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted with 10 main caregivers in the geriatrics department of a cancer hospital in Shanxi Province from March to August, 2018, using qualitative research method.Results:Using Colaizzi analysis method, the interview materials were analyzed and concluded that there were six main themes in the care load of caregivers for advanced cancer patients,including aggravated physical and mental fatigue, economic distress, family relationship tension, lack of care knowledge, multiple roles of individuals and single social resources.Conclusions:Caregivers of advanced cancer patients bear a heavy load from all aspects in the process of caring for patients. Medical social workers need to give full play to their professional advantages and use professional methods to provide effective support for them.
