可视喉镜在气管插管全麻的临床研究

摘要
目的:评价在气管插管全麻中应用可视喉镜的临床效果。方法:选取的样本病例为某院收治的择期手术患者200例,样本选取时段为2015年7月~2016年6月,随机数字法进行分组,两组采用全麻方式进行麻醉,应用直接喉镜100例患者设为直接喉镜组,应用可视喉镜的100例患者设为可视喉镜组,对两组患者的临床麻醉效果进行比照和评价。结果:与可视喉镜组相比,直接喉镜组在插管即刻平均动脉压、心率均提升明显,统计学验证两组比照数据,统计学具有意义(P<0.05);各个时段可视喉镜组各项指标变化并不明显,统计学验证两组比照数据,统计学无意义(P>0.05);相比对于直接喉镜组,可视喉镜组插管时间缩短明显,且并发症发生率明显降低,统计学验证两组比照数据,统计学具有意义(P<0.05)。结论:在气管插管全麻中应用可视喉镜具有较高的应用价值,较小影响患者循环功能,值得临床上应用和推广。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of visual laryngoscope in general anesthesia of tracheal intubation.Methods:200 cases of patients treated in a hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by random number method.The two groups were anesthetized by general anesthesia,100 patients with direct laryngoscope were set up as direct laryngoscopy group,and 100 patients with visual laryngoscope were set up as visual laryngoscopy group,then the clinical anesthetic effect of patients between the two groups was compared.Results:Compared with the visual laryngoscope group,the mean arterial pressure and heart rate increased significantly in the direct laryngoscope group at the time of intubation,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The changes of the indexes in the visual laryngoscope group were not obvious in each period,with no statistical significance(P>0.05);Compared with the direct laryngoscope group,the intubation time of the visual laryngoscope group was significantly shortened and the incidence of complications was significantly reduced,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of visual laryngoscope in tracheal intubation general anesthesia has higher application value and less influence on the circulatory function of patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
