硝本地平控释片+贝那普利治疗老年高血压的效果分析

摘要
目的分析硝本地平控释片+贝那普利治疗老年高血压的效果分析。方法选取我院2017年9月至2018年3月接收的30例老年高血压患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各15例,对照组贝那普利治疗,观察组实施硝本地平控释片+贝那普利治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果、舒张压、收缩压、不良反应状况进行比较。结果两组疗效相比,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前,舒张压与收缩压相比,无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,舒张压和收缩压都出现了下降,且观察组患者的血压状况明显优于对照组,组间、组内相比,存在统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应相比,观察组低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压患者实施硝本地平控释片+贝那普利治疗,可使患者的血压得以有效改善,并降低不良反应的发生几率,提高治疗的总有效率,具有显著的临床推广价值。
Objective to analyze the effects of nifedipine GITS and benazepril on the treatment of senile hypertension. Methods 30 elderly patients with hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to March 2018 were randomLy divided into observation group and control group, with 15 patients in each group. The control group was treated with benazepril, and the observation group was treated with nifedipine GITS and benazepril. The therapeutic effect, diastolic pressure, systolic pressure and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results the efficacy of the two groups was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were not statistically significant(P>0.05). After treatment, both diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure decreased, and the blood pressure of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences between groups and within groups(P< 0.05). Compared with the control group, the adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion the application of nifedipine GITS and benazepril in elderly patients with hypertension can effectively improve the blood pressure of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the total effective rate of treatment, which has significant clinical value.
