儿童过敏性鼻炎与食物不耐受的相关性研究

摘要
目的分析儿童过敏性鼻炎与食物不耐受的相关性。方法选择2017年1月至2018年1月我院收治的过敏性鼻炎患儿188例为研究组,另选取同期于我院进行健康体检的健康儿童100例作为对照组,检测两组的食物过敏原特异性抗体IgG,采用Spearman进行过敏性鼻炎和食物不耐受的相关性分析。结果研究组的IgG阳性率为89.89%,显著高于对照组的26.00%(P <0.05)。两组的食物IgG阳性率前三位均为鸡蛋、牛奶、鱼;过敏性鼻炎IgG阳性患儿中鸡蛋、牛奶阳性程度大部分集中在重度不耐受; IgG浓度与过敏性鼻炎呈正相关(r=0.657, P <0.01)。结论儿童过敏性鼻炎与食物不耐受密切相关,日常生活应注意易过敏食物的摄入,防止过敏性鼻炎发作。
Objective To analyze the correlation between allergic rhinitis in children and food intolerance. Methods 188 cases of children with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as study group. Another 100 healthy children with healthy physical examination at the same time in our hospital were selected as control group. The food allergen-specific antibody Ig G of two groups was detected. Spearman was used to analyze the correlation between allergic rhinitis and food intolerance.Results The Ig G positive rate of study group was 89.89%, significantly higher than 26.00% of the control group(P <0.05). The food with top three Ig G positive rates were eggs, milk and fish. The eggs and milk positive levels in Ig G positive children with allergic rhinitis were mainly concentrated in severe intolerance. Ig G concentration was positively correlated with allergic rhinitis(r = 0.657, P <0.01). Conclusions Food intolerance is closely related to allergic rhinitis in children. It is necessary to pay attention to the intake of allergic foods so as to prevent the attack of allergic rhinitis.
