摘要

目的:建立降糖益肾丸中毛蕊花糖苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Agilent TC-C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为280 nm,进样量为10μL。结果:毛蕊花糖苷在60.8～364.8 ng范围内与峰面积积分呈良好线性关系;平均加样回收率为97.56%,RSD为1.04%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、可靠、重现性好,可用于降糖益肾丸的定量控制。
        Objective:To establish a method for the Verbascoside content determination in Jiangtang Yishen pills. Methods:High performance liquid chromatography method was used with Agilent TC-C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-water(0.2%phosphoric acid). Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and sample loop volume was 10 μL, column temperature was 25 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results:The calibration curve was linear within the range of 64.8～364.8 ng of Verbascoside, the average recovery rate was 97.56%, RSD was 1.04%(n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple, reliable and reproducible, which can be used for the quantitation control of Jiangtangyishen pills.
