李达和血法病证融合辨治淋巴瘤的思路与经验

摘要
李达教授将淋巴瘤归属中医"恶核"范畴,其病机为痰毒致病,伴肝郁脾虚、气血失和。临床中运用和血法病证融合辨治,调肝扶脾、化痰解毒为本,联合辨证敷脾疗法;和血解毒抗癌瘤,扶正排毒防复发,助力淋巴瘤患者延长生存期,提高生活质量。
Professor LI Da thinks lymphoma belongs to the category of 'evil nucleus' of traditional Chinese medicine.The pathogenesis of this disease is sputum poisoning, accompanied by stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency and disorder of qi and blood. In clinical practice, the combination of harmonizing the blood and disease syndrome differentiation, treatment of liver and spleen, dissipating phlegm and detoxification, combined with syndrome differentiation and spleen therapy; harmonizing the blood and detoxification for anti-cancer, strengthening vital qi and detoxification to prevent recurrence, help patients with lymphoma to prolong survival, improve quality of life.
