文化制造业集聚对技术效率的影响

摘要
本文利用三个测度指标分析了近几年来文化制造业的集聚特征,结果表明各区域文化制造业集聚水平差异很大,其中广东文化制造业的集聚程度最高,江苏、浙江等地的文化制造业集聚水平较高。通过技术效率指标发现,大部分省市文化制造业的规模经济水平和资源配置水平同样存在差异。为了进行更深入的分析,采用分位数回归方法研究了文化制造业集聚水平与综合技术效率的关系,结果表明促进文化制造业集聚能够显著提升技术效率。建议技术效率较低的区域着力促进文化制造业集聚,从而提升技术效率。
This paper analyzes the agglomeration characteristics of Chinese cultural manufacturing industry in recent years by using three measure indexes at first. The analysis results show that there are great differences in the level of cultural manufacturing industry in each region of China. Cultural manufacturing industry of Guangdong has a high degree of agglomeration. The level of industrial agglomeration in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Henan and Liaoning are also high. Meanwhile according to technical efficiency indexes,it is found that there are also differences between the scale economy level and resource allocation level of cultural manufacturing industry among most provinces and cities in China. In order to carry out an in-depth analysis,this paper further uses quantile regression method to study relationships between the level of cultural manufacturing agglomeration and the overall technical efficiency. The results show that promoting cultural manufacturing agglomeration can significantly improve technical efficiency of the cultural manufacturing industry. Therefore,it is suggested that the regions with low technical efficiency should focus on promoting the agglomeration of cultural manufacturing industry in order to enhance technical efficiency of Chinese cultural manufacturing industry.
