大学生网络依赖与孤独感的关系研究——以湖北理工学院为例

采用网络依赖量表和U C LA孤独量表,研究大学生网络依赖与孤独感的关系,试图找到网络依赖对大学生孤独感的影响程度和原因。结果显示,大学生网络依赖在性别变量上存在显著差异,其中男生网络依赖程度显著高于女生;大学生网络依赖及其各个维度在年级、专业和生源地这几个变量上不存在显著的差异;大学生网络依赖和孤独感之间存在显著的低相关;高网络依赖与网络依赖组的孤独感得分差异显,说明网络依赖对孤独感有一定的预测作用。说明大学生的网络依赖对孤独感具有一定的预测作用,可通过降低其网络依赖来降低大学生的孤独感。
Using the Internet Dependency Scale and UCLA Loneliness Scale, this paper studies the relationship between college students' Internet dependence and loneliness and tries to find out the impact degree and cause. The results show: 1 there are significant differences in gender, among which male students have a significantly higher degree of internet dependence than female students; 2 there is no significant difference in their dimensions among grades, majors, and students; 3 there is a significant low correlation between internet dependence and loneliness; 4 there are significantly differences in the loneliness scores between high-level network dependence and internet-dependent groups, and indicating that network dependence had a certain predictive effect on loneliness. The solutions: college students' internet dependence has a certain predictive effect on loneliness and can reduce their loneliness by reducing their network dependence.
