摘要
本文剖析了重大工程工厂化建造管理面临的关键问题,提炼出重大工程工厂化建造的管理创新——集成化管理模式和供应商培育,并通过港珠澳大桥工程案例进行了论证,旨在为我国重大工程建造管理提供启示。研究内容和结论包括:(1)针对重大工程工厂化建造协同困难的问题,提出从组织集成、过程集成以及信息集成3个层面开展集成化管理,并进一步深化为总承包模式下工厂化建造的组织集成、装配施工驱动的集成计划制定与生产施工过程控制以及面向多主体协同的多源信息集成;(2)针对重大工程制造供应商生产能力和质量水平达不到工程要求而导致参与意愿不高的问题,分析了重大工程制造供应商培育的特点,并提出了相应的概念模型和管理启示;(3)以港珠澳大桥工程中的岛隧工程和钢箱梁的工厂化建造为例,总结和讨论了重大工程工厂化建造的实施途径及其效果,论证了本文提出的管理创新。
