在肝脏肿大和产蛋率下降综合征病鸡中检出禽戊型肝炎病毒核酸
摘要
为弄清辽宁某蛋鸡场鸡只产蛋量突然下降,死亡率上升及部分剖检鸡只肝脏肿大出血的原因,对采集的发病鸡肝脏组织进行病理学观察,同时对肠道内容物进行禽戊型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis E virus,HEV)核酸片段的RT-PCR检测。肝脏的组织病理学观察发现,肝细胞坏死和汇管区周围淋巴细胞浸润;RT-PCR从肠道内容物中成功扩增到禽HEV ORF2基因的部分片段;基因序列同源性分析结果表明,其与国内禽HEV参考株的序列同源性为97.5%~99.6%,而与其他国家的HEV序列同源性为77.9%~97.6%;进化树分析表明,该序列(命名为China 15-LN)与国内其他地区及欧洲的部分分离株在同一进化分支上,同属禽HEV基因3型。
