陈宝贵教授治疗痿证经验采撷

摘要
陈宝贵教授认为痿证的病变部位常在脾肾,多以脾为本,多属虚证,临床以脾胃虚弱、脾肾两虚多见。治疗宜以健脾为本,常用代表方为补中益气汤、地黄饮子加减。陈教授提倡导引按摩、针药并用的治疗思路,主张人神一体,防痿于微。
Professor CHEN Baogui indicates that the main diseased position of flaccidity syndrome is spleen and kidney, and the former is in the majority. Deficiency-syndrome can be found in most of the patients with flaccidity syndrome, the two main common form of which are weakness of the spleen and the stomach, as well as deficiency of spleen and kidney. The main method of treatment which Professor CHEN frequently uses is strengthening spleen. The representative prescriptions are modified Buzhong Yiqi Tang and Dihuang Yinzi.Professor CHEN not only advises joining massage, acupuncture and medicines in the treatment, but advocates the concept of the unite of people with Shen and that we should prevent flaccidity syndrome from minimal lesion.
