摘要

建筑信息模型技术是以建筑项目的全过程数据作为前提条件,进而在电脑相关软件系统中建立三维数字模型.应用建筑信息模型技术,有利于解决装配式建筑中存在的问题,有利于提升设计过程的精细化程度、规避部分漏洞、提升整体效益,促进装配式建筑的发展.分析了装配式建筑在设计、施工环节中面临的困难,对建筑信息模型技术在装配式建筑中的应用进行了较详细的阐述.
        Building information model technology takes the whole process data of construction project as the precondition,and then establishes three-dimensional digital model in related software system.The application of building information model technology is conducive to solving the problems existing in fabricated buildings,improving the precision of design process,avoiding some loopholes,improving the overall efficiency,and promoting the development of fabricated buildings.This paper analyzes the difficulties in the design and construction,and expounds the application of building information model technology in fabricated buildings in detail.
