对比观察腹腔镜切除胆囊与小切口胆囊切除治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效

摘要
目的探讨在胆结石患者治疗中行腹腔镜胆囊切除术或小切口胆囊切除术的临床疗效。方法对照组患者行小切口胆囊切除术治疗,观察组患者均实施腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗。结果观察组患者的手术治疗总有效率是97.67%,较对照组的90.70%具有显著优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的一般手术指标均较对照组显著更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症率为4.65%,较对照组的18.60%明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下行胆囊切除术对于胆结石患者具有更高的治疗应用价值,该术式可显著控制患者术后各项并发症的发生风险,同时可促进患者术后尽快康复,腹腔镜胆囊切除术值得在胆结石患者的临床治疗中加以推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy or small incision cholecystectomy in patients with cholelithiasis.Methods Small incision cholecystectomy was performed in control group and laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed in observation group.Results The total effective rate of surgical treatment in the observation group was 97.67,which was signi?cantly higher than that in the control group(90.70%, P<0.05),and the general surgical indexes in the observation group were signi?cantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.65,which was signi?cantly lower than that in the control group(18.60%)(P<0.05).Conclusion laparoscopic cholecystectomy has a higher value in the treatment of cholelithiasis.It can signi?cantly control the risk of postoperative complications and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible.Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is worth popularizing in the treatment of cholelithiasis.
