摘要
以猴头菇作为生产原料,对芦荟猴头菇酒发酵工艺的条件进行分析,当向芦荟猴头菇酒中加入芦荟汁之后,经过调试之后,制成具有独特口味以及保健功能的芦荟猴头菇酒,并针对其生产工艺以及市场营销策略进行深入的分析。
The conditions of fermentation process of aloe vera mushroom wine were analyzed by using Hericium erinaceus as raw material. After adding aloe vera juice into wine and debugging, aloe vera mushroom wine was made with unique taste and health care function. The production process of wine and marketing have been analyzed.
