陈建杰教授滋肾柔肝法治疗自身免疫性肝炎经验

摘要
陈建杰教授从事中西医结合诊治肝脏疾病临床、教学、科研工作40余年,在临床诊疗上具有极高的造诣。目前自身免疫性肝炎在中医治疗上还处于探索阶段,是中医治疗的相对盲区。自身免疫性肝炎病的病程不同,疾病的进展不同,在临床上表现为多种主症。其根本病机应归纳为肝肾先天不足,在内外之邪的影响下,耗肾伤肝所致。治疗自身免疫性肝炎,应当做到"及早发现,及早治疗,未病先防,既病防变,全面调控"。陈老师以滋肾柔肝法治疗自身免疫性肝炎,取得了良好的效果。
Prof. Chen Jianjie has been engaged in the clinical work,education and scientific research of liver disorders with integrated Chinese and western medicine for over 40 years and has gained extremely high achievements. At present,TCM treatment for autoimmune hepatitis is still in the exploratory stage and is relatively the blind zone in TCM. Due to the different sickness duration and progress of the disease,the autoimmune hepatitis presents various clinical manifestations. The basic pathogenesis of it is the congenital liver and kidney,kidney consumption and liver damage by the internal and external pathogens. Autoimmune hepatitis should be diagnosed and treated in time to prevent from the progress. Additionally,the comprehensive regulation in the body should be concerned to prevent from the occurrence of it. Prof. Chen has achieved the excellent effects on autoimmune hepatitis with the therapy for nourishing the kidney and softening the liver.
