饵料、温度对宽体金线蛭生长的影响

摘要
本试验利用圆田螺、方形环棱螺、椎实螺、背角无齿蚌投喂宽体金线蛭,通过测量体重及日增量,分析4种饵料对其生长的影响,试验结果表明:投喂椎实螺水蛭生长最快,成活率最高,投喂方形环棱螺其次,投喂圆田螺生长慢成活率低;另外,对宽体金线蛭进行了6个梯度温度试验,6个梯度温度分别为22、24、26、28、30、32℃,试验结果表明:宽体金线蛭适宜生长温度为24~30℃,其中26℃时生长最快,水温超过32℃,成活率最低,因此,在高温季节,需要及时调节宽体金线蛭养殖水体的温度。
        In the experiment, Cipangopaludina, Bellamya quadrata, Lymnaeidael and Anodonta woodiana was fed to Whitmania pigra as food, respectively, for analyzing the influence on 4 baits to its growth by weighing and measuring the daily increment. The results showed that Whitmania pigra grown fastest with the highest survival rate when fed Lymnaeidael, when fed Bellamya quadrata, Whitmania pigra grown slower than the former one, when fed Cipangopaludina, Whitmania pigra grown slowest with the lowest survival rate. Besides, 6 gradient temperature experiments were taken on the Whitmania pigra. The 6 gradient temperatures was 22、24、26、28、30、32 ℃, respectively. The results showed that the proper temperature for the growth of Whitmania pigra was 24~30 ℃.When the temperature was 26 ℃, Whitmania pigra grown fastestly, when the water temperature was over 32 ℃,the survival rate was the lowest. Therefore, the water temperature needed to be adjusted on time in high temperature seasons for the Whitmania pigra growth.
