摘要
目的探讨早产儿出院后应用口腔运动干预对母乳喂养的影响。方法将2017年2月~2018年5月期间出生后24h内入住我院NICU的早产儿82例作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法分为对照组(非营养性吸吮)和观察组(口腔运动干预),每组患者41例。比较两组的母乳喂养影响情况、吸吮能力。结果观察组的全亲喂率(56.10%)、纯母乳喂养率(69.29%)以及每分钟吸吮脉冲平均数目(1.43±0.18)个/min、吸吮脉冲平均持续时间(6.73±3.03)s均显著高于对照组的全亲喂率(56.10%)、纯母乳喂养率(69.29%)以及每分钟吸吮脉冲平均数目(2.94±0.11)个/min、吸吮脉冲平均持续时间(12.04±3.16)s;观察组的吸吮间隔平均持续时间(15.20±1.29)s显著低于对照组的吸吮间隔平均持续时间(26.72±1.62)s,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组干预前体重差异不明显,干预后观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论应用口腔运动干预能够有效改善早产儿吸吮能力,提高早产儿出院后母乳喂养率。
        Objective To explore the effect of oral motor intervention on breastfeeding of premature infants after discharge. Methods Eighty-two premature infants who were admitted to the NICU of our hospital within 24 hours after birth from February 2017 to May 2018 were selected as research objects.According to random sampling method,they were divided into the control group(non-nutritive sucking)and the observation group(non-nutritive sucking),with 41 cases in each group.The effects of breastfeeding and sucking ability were compared between the two groups. Results The whole-parent feeding rate(56.10%),rate of pure breast-feeding(69.29%),the average number of sucking pulses per minute(1.43±0.18)pieces/min,average duration of sucking pulses(6.73±3.03)s in the observation group were significantly higher than 56.10%,69.29%,(2.94±0.11)pieces/min and(12.04±3.16)s in the control group.The mean interval duration of sucking in the observation group was(15.20±1.29)s,significantly lower than(26.72±1.62)s in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in body weight between the two groups before intervention.After intervention,body weight of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Oral motor intervention can effectively improve the sucking ability of premature infants and improve the breastfeeding rate of premature infants after discharge.
