延续护理在门诊人工流产妇女干预中的效果

摘要
目的观察延续护理在门诊人工流产妇女干预中的效果及半年内重复流产率。方法选取2015年10月—2016年10月我院门诊收治的人工流产妇女70例为研究对象。常规组35例采用常规护理模式进行护理,干预组35例采用延续护理干预模式进行护理。对比两组患者不同护理临床效果和半年内重复流产率的差异性。结果护理后,干预组对人工流产后避孕知识的知晓评分为(91.58±0.47)分,高于常规组(40.65±0.31)分(P <0.05);干预组半年内重复流产率8.57%,低于常规组(31.43%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论延续护理在门诊人工流产妇女干预中的效果显著,能够降低半年内重复流产率,提升产妇的避孕知识的知晓率,效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of continuous nursing on women intervention in outpatient abortion and repeated abortion rate within half a year. Methods A total of 70 abortion women admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected. In the regular group, 35 patients were treated with routine nursing mode, and 35 patients in the intervention group were treated with continuous nursing intervention mode. The clinical effects of different nursing groups and the difference in repeated abortion rates within half a year were compared. Results After nursing, the awareness score of contraceptive knowledge in the intervention group was(91.58±0.47), which was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(40.65±0.31)(P < 0.05). The intervention group had repeated abortion rate of 8.57% within half a year, significantly lower than the conventional group(31.43%), the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of continuation nursing on women's intervention in outpatient abortion is significant, which can significantly reduce the recurrent abortion rate within half a year and improve the awareness rate of maternal contraceptive knowledge. The effect is remarkable.
