摘要
柚皮苷(Naringin,NG)为中药骨碎补主要活性单体成分,是一种双氢睾酮类黄酮化合物,具有愈骨折、强筋骨、温肾阳之功用,可调节骨质代谢。股骨头坏死是一种多因素骨病,治疗方式多样,早期治疗旨在延缓病程,防治塌陷,最大限度保留髋部功能。柚皮苷可用于股骨头坏死的治疗,既可促进成骨细胞增殖、分化益于骨形成,又可抑制破骨细胞对骨质的吸收,抑制成脂分化、炎症反应,抑制血管内皮细胞凋亡,促进内皮祖细胞增殖及血管形成,增加血管形成的长度和面积,利于骨坏死修复,降低股骨头坏死率。
        Naringin is the main active monomer component of Gusuibu. It is a dihydrotestosterone flavonoid compound. It has the function of healing fractures,strengthening bones and warming kidney,and can regulate bone metabolism. Femoral head necrosis is a kind of multi-factor osteopathy with various treatment methods. Early treatment aims to delay the course of disease,prevent collapse,and retain hip function to the maximum extent. Naringin can be used for the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head,which not only promotes the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts,but also inhibits the absorption of bone by ihibiting osteoclasts and adipogenic differentiation. Naringin can inhibit vascular endothelial cell apoptosis,promote endothelial progenitor cell proliferation and angiogenesis and increase the length and area of angiogenesis,which is conducive to the repair of osteonecrosis. It can facilitate the repair of osteonecrosis,reduce the rate of femoral head necrosis.
