格列齐特缓释片联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的探讨格列齐特缓释片联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月~2016年1月来我院接受治疗并被诊断为2型糖尿病的患者70例,随机分为研究组(格列齐特缓释片联合二甲双胍治疗)35例和对照组(二甲双胍治疗)35例。观察空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血糖以及血脂各指标变化。结果研究组和对照组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白的浓度与治疗前相比均有所降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的血压和血脂经过治疗后均有所下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后,高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白均没有显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论格列齐特缓释片联合二甲双胍可有效控制糖尿病患者的血糖,降低血糖血脂,且其效果优于二甲双胍单独用药,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gliclazide sustained-release tablets combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods From January 2014 to January 2016,70 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups:study group(treated with gliclazide combined with metformin) and control group(treated with metformin),35 cases in each group.Observation index:changes of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood glucose and blood lipid. Relults The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group and the control group were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05). The therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The blood pressure and blood lipid of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There were no significant changes in HDL-C and LDL-C before and after treatment in both groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Gliclazide sustained-release tablets combined with metformin can effectively control blood glucose in patients with diabetes,lower blood glucose and blood lipid,and its effect is better than metformin alone,it is worth to be popularized in clinic.
