肩袖损伤微创手术后康复功能锻炼138例疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨138例肩袖损伤全关节镜微创手术后个体化康复功能锻炼的疗效。方法对138例肩袖损伤患者实施全关节镜下肩袖修补术,术后分4期进行规范化功能锻炼指导,评估患者术后肩关节功能恢复情况。结果观察138例肩袖损伤康复锻炼后疗效,术后3个月随访肩关节功能评分与术前肩功能评分效果比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后合理有序且个性化康复功能锻炼对肩袖损伤术后功能恢复疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of individualized rehabilitation exercise on 138 patients with rotator cuff injury after total arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery. Methods 138 patients with rotator cuff injury for patients with arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery, divided four standardized functional exercise guidance, assessing postoperative shoulder function recovery. Results One hundred and thirty-eight cases of rotator cuff injury were observed after rehabilitation exercise. There was statistical significance between the shoulder joint function score and the preoperative shoulder function score after 3 months follow-up(P<0.05). Conclusion Postoperative reasonable and orderly and personalized rehabilitative exercises on rotator cuff injury functional recovery after a significant effect.
