摘要
昌吉—古泉±1 100 kV特高压直流输电工程多次跨越重要输电通道,途径的安徽芜湖地区经济发达,线路通道狭窄。单基跨越塔重量及高度均达到大跨越设计跨越塔的规格,铁塔采用常规的角钢塔设计,庞大的体积和高精度的组装要求,使得设计和施工均面临巨大的挑战。根据塔型特点,采用吊车和T2T120型落地双平臂抱杆相结合的组塔施工方式,完成跨越塔组立。该项目构建的跨越塔组塔施工工艺对后续工程的施工具有重要的指导意义。
        Changji-Guquan(±1 100 kV)UHVDC transmission project has crossed Wuhu area of Anhui Province,the area of which is economically developed.This projects has also crossed important transmission channels many times,where is very narrow.The weight and height of single based spanning tower reaches the specifications of designing large spanning tower.The iron tower is designed as a regular steel tower,so the design and construction faces enormous challenges due to its large and high precision assembly.According to the characteristics of the tower type,the crane and T2 T120 double flat arm holding pole are combined to constitute the construction method of the tower spanning and finish the assembly and erection of crossing tower.The construction technology found in this project is of great guiding significance for the subsequent construction works.
