供应链整合、创新能力与科技型中小企业融资绩效的关系研究

摘要
基于创新生态系统的研究视角,以价值共创为主要线索,遵循行为-能力-融资绩效的分析逻辑,探讨科技型中小企业以"内修外扩"来缓解自身资金压力的具体机制。具体的,聚焦于企业的两类创新能力(内部创新潜力和开放式协同创新能力),并由此区分了两种创新能力的来源(企业内部整合和外部整合活动),探讨科技型中小企业利用内外部整合活动和两类创新能力来提高融资绩效的具体路径。通过对国内249家科技型中小企业样本的实证分析表明,在创新生态系统中,中小企业内外活动和能力在提高其融资绩效的作用中存在互补关系,并且外部协同网络在提高中小企业竞争力中起着更重要的作用。
Based on the research perspective of innovation ecosystem,taking value co-creation as the main research clue,and following the analysis logic of behavior-capabilities-financing performance,this study explored the specific mechanism of technology-based SMEs leveraging internal and external activities and capabilities to alleviate capital constraints. Specifically,this study distinguished two type of innovation capabilities( internal innovation potential and open collaborative open innovation),and two sources of innovation capabilities( internal integration and external integration),and further discussed the specific relationships among integration activities( innovation capabilities and technology-based SMEs' financing performance).Then the study explored how to leverage the external collaborative power to enhance the financing performance of technology-based SMEs. An empirical analysis of 249 technology-based SMEs shows that there are complementary relationships among SMEs ' internal activities,external activities and capabilities in improving SMEs' financing performance. In addition,external collaborative networks play a more important role in improving SMEs' competitiveness.
