论凉山彝族家支制度对当地禁毒工作的影响

摘要
目前我国禁毒处于国家禁毒为主,民间禁毒为辅的多元化发展态势。家支禁毒是凉山彝族地区禁毒的一种新形式和新思路,作为民间禁毒的一种,是国家禁毒的有益补充。结合凉山彝族家支制度与当地禁毒工作的密切联系,就如何充分发挥家支制度的积极影响,为当地相关部门更好地打击毒品犯罪问题的目标提供一些参考。
At present, China's drug control is in the state drug control mainly, supplemented by civil drug control diversified development trend. Family branch drug control is a form and thought of drug control in liangshan yi nationality area. From the point of view of the relationship between the family support system of the yi nationality in liangshan and the local drug control work, this paper puts forward how to give full play to the positive influence of the family support system and guide the family support system to serve the local drug control work. In order to provide reference for local departments to better fight against drug crimes.
