自体脂肪粒移植联合A型肉毒素对面部年轻化效果及皮肤状态的影响

摘要
目的探讨自体脂肪粒移植联合A型肉毒素对面部年轻化效果及皮肤状态的影响。方法从2016年8月至2019年3月需进行面部年轻化的患者中选取50例进行研究,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各25例,对照组接受A型肉毒素注射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施自体脂肪粒移植,对两组效果及皮肤状态、不良反应进行观察。结果观察组总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组76.00%(P <0.05);两组治疗前的面部皮肤指标无明显差异(P> 0.05),观察组治疗后皮肤指标与对照组比较有明显差异(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.00%,与对照组4.00%的不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论自体脂肪粒移植联合A型肉毒素用于面部年轻化中效果满意,也能改善患者皮肤状态,且安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of autologous fat granule transplantation combined with botulinum toxin type A on facial rejuvenation and skin condition.Methods From August 2016 to March 2019, 50 patients who needed facial rejuvenation were selected for study. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by 25 cases.The control group received injection of botulinum toxin type A, and the observation group performed autologous fat granule transplantation on the basis of the control group.The observation group performed autologous fat granule transplantation on the basis of the control group, The effects of the two groups, skin condition and adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 76.00%(P <0.05).There were no significant differences in facial skin indexes between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05). After treatment, the skin indexes of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00%, which was not significantly different from the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group of 4.00%(P >0.05).Conclusion Autologous fat granule transplantation combined with type A botulinum toxin for satisfactory facial rejuvenation can also improve the skin condition of patients, and it is safe and worth promoting.
