摘要
本文探讨了农产品中重金属元素的几种前处理方法和检测方法。前处理方法包括湿法消解、干法灰化、微波消解法,检测方法主要有原子吸收分光光度法、原子荧光分光光度法以及电感耦合等离子体质谱法。介绍了各种方法的适用性,比较了不同方法的优缺点,为更好地开展农产品重金属检测工作提供有利的技术支持。
This paper discussed several methods of sample preparation and analysis of heavy metals in agricultural products.The sample preparation methods include wet digestion, dry incineration and microwave digestion; testing method include atomic absorption spectrophotometry, atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry. Moreover, their applicabilities, advantages and disadvantages were introduced and compared to provide favorable technical support for the heavy metal testing of agricultural products.
