摘要

文章对行业指导的集团化办学机制体制建设进行了探索与实践,分析了我国职业教育集团化办学发展现状和面临的形势,提出了职教集团发展建设的原则,构建了集团化办学的人才培养模式,介绍了如何在人才培养培训方面有力的支撑产业经济发展。
        This paper explores and practices the institutional construction of group-oriented schoolrunning mechanism guided by industry,analyzes the current development status of group-oriented school-running in vocational education and the situation it facing,puts forward the principles of the development and construction of vocational education groups,builds the talent training model for group-oriented school running,and introduces how to effectively support the industrial economic development in talent training.
