介入手术室护士职业倦怠与心理资本和主观幸福感的关系

摘要
目的探讨介入手术室护士职业倦怠感与心理资本和主观幸福感的关系。方法调查3所综合医院86名介入手术室护士,发放Maslach工作倦怠量表、护士心理资本量表及护士工作幸福感量表,分析调查结果。结果相关性分析显示,心理资本各维度(自我效能、希望、韧性、乐观)及总均分与职业倦怠各维度(倦怠综合构成、应对方式、人格特质表现、环境中压力、身心症状)均呈负相关(P<0.05)。介入护士职业倦怠各维度(倦怠综合构成、应对方式、人格特质表现、环境中压力、身心症状)及总均分与主观幸福感各维度(福利待遇、人际间、管理者、工作价值、工作特征)均呈负相关(P<0.05)。多元回归分析显示性别、年龄、婚姻状况、学历、职称对职业倦怠感的预测均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护龄、心理资本及主观幸福感对职业倦怠的预测作用均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论介入手术室护士存在职业倦怠感与心理资本和主观幸福感密切联系,提高心理资本水平可减轻职业倦怠感,提升主观幸福感。
Objective To explore the relationship between occupational burnout of nurses in interventional operating room and psychological capital and subjective well-being.Methods To investigate 86 nurses in interventional operating room from 3 general hospitals were investigated with Maslach job burnout scale,nurse psychological capital scale and nurse job happiness scale.Results Correlation analysis showed that all dimensions of psychological capital(self-efficacy,hope,resilience,optimism)and the total average score were negatively correlated with all dimensions of job burnout(comprehensive composition of burnout,coping style,performance of personality traits,environmental pressure,and physical and mental symptoms)(P<0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed that there was no statistical significance in predicting burnout by gender,age,marital status,education background and professional title(P>0.05),but nursing age,psychological capital and subjective well-being had statistical significance in predicting burnout(P<0.05).Conclusions There is a relationship between occupational burnout and psychological capital and subjective well-being in interventional operating room nurses.Improving the level of psychological capital can reduce occupational burnout and improve subjective well-being.
