肝炎肝硬化患者肝功能生化检验的临床效果评价

摘要
目的评估肝炎肝硬化患者肝功能生化检验的临床效果。方法择取2017年7月至2018年5月我院收治的55例肝炎肝硬化患者作为研究组,并择取同期健康体检者50例作为对照组,所选研究对象均行肝功能生化检验,并对两组研究对象的肝功能生化检验结果进行分析和比较。结果经过肝功能生化检查结果显示,研究组TBA水平比对照组高,ALB、CHE、CHO水平明显比对照组低(P<0.05);伴随Child分级提高,ALB、CHE、CHO水平均呈现出递减趋势,TBA水平则呈现出递增趋势,各级之间比较存在统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论针对肝炎肝硬化患者来说,肝功能生化检验可以将肝脏受损情况反映出来,为临床诊疗提供支持。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of biochemical tests for liver function in patients with hepatitis cirrhosis. Methods A total of 55 patients with hepatitis cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study group, and 50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The selected subjects were tested for liver function biochemistry, and the liver biochemical test results of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results After biochemical examination of liver function, the level of TBA in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the levels of ALB, CHE and CHO were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05). With the increase of Child classification, the ALB, CHE and CHO levels showed a decreasing trend, while the TBA level showed an increasing trend. There was a statistical difference between the levels(P< 0.05). Conclusion For patients with hepatitis cirrhosis, biochemical tests of liver function can reflect liver damage and provide support for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
