贝前列素钠片治疗慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压患者的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的讨论口服贝前列素钠片治疗肺动脉高压的临床疗效。方法选取该院2014年6月—2016年5月收治的慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压患者,从中方便选出符合条件的患者42例,对肺动脉高压患者进行常规药物治疗的基础上,增加口服贝前列素钠片84 d,对患者进行治疗前后6 min步行试验距离、心功能分级、心脏彩超测定肺动脉收缩压、呼吸困难评分、血气动脉血氧分压、pro-BNP等评价分析,对患者血压、生化指标以及心率的变化进行评估分析。结果经口服服贝前列素钠片84 d治疗后,患者进行治疗前后6 min步行距离明显增加;呼吸困难评分、患者心功能分级有着显著的提高,前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心脏彩超测定肺动脉收缩压明显降低、血气动脉血氧分压明显增加至、pro-BNP显著下降。在口服贝前列素钠片进行治疗期间,只有2例患者出现头疼,患者心率、血压、肝肾功能在治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口服贝前列素钠片84d后,对患者的活动耐量、临床症状有显著的改善,患者病情没有任何严重的不良反应,也没有病情恶化,临床证明贝前列素钠片对慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压的治疗有显著效果。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical efficacy of oral beraprost sodium tablets in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension. Methods 42 cases of patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension treated in this hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were convenient selected and treated with oral beraprost sodium tablets 84 d on the basis of routine therapy, and then the patients' walk test distance before and after 6 minutes' treatment, heart function,heart color doppler ultrasound in detecting pulmonary artery systolic blood pressure, dyspnea score, PaO_2, pro-BNP were evaluated and analyzed, the patients' blood pressure, biochemical index and heart rate changes were also analyzed and evaluated. Results After treatment of oral beraprost sodium tablets of 84 d, their walking distance of 6 minutes before and after treatment was significantly increased; dyspnea score, cardiac functional classification was increased markedly, with significant difference before and after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The systolic pressure of pulmonary artery decreased significantly and the arterial partial pressure of blood oxygen increased significantly and the pro-BNP decreased significantly by echocardiography. In the course of oral beraprost sodium tablets treatment, only 2 patients had headache, and there was no significant difference in heart rate, blood pressure, liver and kidney function before and after treatment, with no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion Oral beraprost sodium tablets of 84 d can significantly improve the patients' activity tolerance and clinical symptoms, with no serious adverse reactions and no deterioration.It has been clinically proved that beraprost sodium tablets treatment of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension has significant effect.
